Bonjour 3.1.0.1 64-bit is Apple's zero-configuration networking service for Windows.
It allows your computer to automatically discover devices (like printers) and services (like iTunes libraries) on your local network.
Do You Need It?
It is entirely safe to disable if you do not use network printing or local streaming services.
You can disable it via msconfig or by stopping the "Bonjour Service" in the Windows Services manager.
